I'm back

The infamous Ballston blogger is BACK! It's been a long storied path but I am finally back. I haven't saw the chicken man in a while, or anyone wearing young chinchillas but I am quite sure some sillyness will ensue shortly. I'm somewhat back on the bike trail, so I'll be posting about that as well. Make sure to read ALL my archives if you are really bored as my funniest stuff was from back in 2005-2006. I used to see silly stuff daily!

Got f-in soaked AGAIN

I swear man...I have the worst luck when it comes to rain and working out. Everytime I think its not going to rain and keep riding my bike...I wind up getting stuck under a bridge for an hour or I windup getting soaked. This is some BULLSHYT!!!!! Anyways, I took some pictures yesterday of how the trail I ride on (W&OD) looks when its flooded. Here is a little bridge I crossed when I first rolled out. As you can see its completely flooded at this point. Dammit, this bullcrap added an extra 10 minutes of riding in the rain for me yesterday














Heres a couple of other spots. These were flooded from the first band of showers that had already went by. After I took these we got like another hour and a half of steady rain. I wanted to take pics of that oo but by then my camera phone had gotten too wet and the lens was fogged up so it didnt take good pics.

Killer cats and Black Jack Mulligan

Man...Lemme start out todays entry with a nice pic from the bike trail I be riding on. Theres a beautiful Rose Garden right on the other side of the creek. Ill take some pics sometime this week and post em. This underpass is just spooky to me for some reason. I keep expecting a bad guy to swing down from the roof and get me.







Now...I took a movie yesterday as well. Remember the orange cat from my previous entry? Killa??? Well check this mess out.

This cat has got to be the coolest cat in creation. As I rode by him on previous days, I noticed he would just sit there when people rode by as if they didnt exist. If you notice in the movie I posted this lil bastard was sitting there cleaning his paws when I rode by and didnt even move lol. And on top of that he was sitting right on the yellow line. Im guessing the cat was sitting there chillin' because he saw a bunny in the bushes he was waiting on. Theres a lot of little creatures on this part of the trail.

Then later on last night I saw this tag. it really brought home the fact that yes there are a lot of immigrants in the DC area, and also brought back memories on me watching the WWF on Channel 20 back in the day (Who else remembers that? Do you remember when Black Jack Mulligan used to put the 'Claw' on people, then they put a big red 'X' over the screen because it was 'too graphic' LMAO!!!!)

Lookit the little bunny rabbit and 'Killa' the cat hunter

I was riding on the trail yesterday and saw this lil bunny rabbit. Actually I saw a momma bunny and 2 little bunnies but by the time I got my camera phone (Nokia 6682) out of my pocket and took the pic this was all I got


Now this little fella here is gangsta.



I have saw this cat hunting on the trail many times. Normally he sits right on the edge of the trail and stares into the weeds that run along the trail looking for something to pounce on. I am going to try to get a pic of him in his pose today or tomorrow when I go riding. I just have to remember to have my camera on standby when I go by that part of the trail. These 2 pics were taken about a quarter mile apart. I wonder if those are bunnies the cat is hunting...I doubt it but I could be wrong

Drawls in the bathroom

Ok boys and girls. I went to take a leak when I got off work today and lo and behold look what I saw in the trash. This is a public restroom somewhere in the Ballston area of Arlington. One of my co workers told me they saw a young couple hunching in the stairwell of the building where i work one day. Theres some kinky mo fos down here man this is better than working downtown lmao...

Memorial weekend

Yes I know...I havent updated my blog in eons/ages/a long time. But im trying to bring it back now.

This past weekend I went to a local car show called the Bug Out. It started back in the 70s with only air cooled VWs but now its all VWs. I saw some pretty cool cars. If it wasnt so damned hot I probably would have more pics but I had to get outta dodge

FINALLY...a photo of the chicken man

Yes...that is the elusive Chicken Man referred to in one of my previous posts. This is the guy that be sitting in front of Starbucks at the Ballston Metro along with his white rooster. I know the picture is blurry (I lost my f-in Nokia 6682 and im waiting on the Sony Ericsson p990 before I buy another nice phone) If you look in his arms thats his rooster he's holding. Damn these crappy pics...

Do I need to type anything? Yes that is some type of Chinchilla lookin' fur coat this mild mannered businessman was wearing. From the looks of it that damned coat wont even button up!!!! It looks young as hell.
